Hello everyone! Have you guys all finished your midterm exams? I just finished my last midterm exam yesterday.

My Finance exam was not that hard, but it was not easy either. Luckily, this thing did not happen to me, and I know how to do the majority of the questions, and I only have two questions that I am not so sure about.

That was such a relief, and I think I did well on that exam.

Compared with writing the exam, I find myself feeling more stressed before writing the exam, especially the night before the exam.

Sometimes, even if I'm not religious, I still pray before exams.

So we have to find some ways to distress.

Tip #1: Eat, exercise, and sleep well.

Don't forget to eat and drink properly. Keep yourself fit and healthy by exercising regularly to prevent getting sick. You should avoid studying overnight, as lack of sleep can put extra stress on students and make them perform worse on exams.

Tip #2: Set realistic goals for yourself and keep focusing on the study instead of procrastinating.

Procrastination always causes lots of trouble, and it will make you feel more stressed because you know that you will fail the exam. You can use SMART goals to set achievable and realistic goals for yourself and focus on achieving them.

Tip #3: Reward yourself after achieving a small goal

Tip #4: Avoid junk food

Junk food such as chips and coke will bring a sudden burst of energy and then fall away quickly, leaving you feeling worn out. When I'm stressed, I'll eat chips, but it only makes me more stressed.
